It's pretty simple. All you literally need to do is turn on the V-Sync option in the Escape menu and turn on the Fastest setting. https://streamable.com/b1jb0 Above is a video of how much GPU usage this trick can save. I have not noticed any negative effects on runs with this. All movement seems the same to me. However, it resets every time you leave and rejoin the game.
