Hey y'all, I've been considering doing some runs, but don't have a cart. Can I submit froms from a flash cart as long as I indicate which one I'm using? Thanks!

I started learning all Bosses Ridley 1st with ice and made save states for nearly every room. If anyone wants these saves, I'd be happy to submit them for the resources section.
