i have been messing around with mixing in the switch version and found a jell/suezo mix that came with like 350+ pow to start off with, i will still mess around with more, but as far as the older ps1 versions i havent been able to replicate from the creator we have for the ISO's ; however because of how the switch version compiles its data for creation it appears to have been changed since it is a different way the data is being pulled from the virtual cd's/ songs as opposed to physical copies of the rare CD's from the ps1 version. one thing i havent done which just popped up i my head is taking the jp and usa ps1 versions and seeing the difference between cd's and if the values are the same to generate the same monsters; though my initial hypothesis is that it should be the same.

i watched your switch speedrun as well to see how the int route goes, and that is very cool run, since we have a monster generator i wonder if i find the right seeds that those monsters have if it can be replicated on the US version; maybe something i can research more into on my PC; but really im so happy to see this game out on the switch, even though i heard about it later on since west had no promotion and it got to me later. i have entered a monster for the tourney in jun :D

very interesting; i just got the switch version of monster farm a few weeks ago and have finally seen some of these differences; i wonder why the changes were made between versions; i remember a decent amount of talk in the old monstopolis forum but since the OG owner of the website passed away the site has been lost.

the way vitamin C and D work between the versions are different as the Japanese version gives flat 10 and 20 points respectfully while USA version gives a normal stat gain and double stat gain on str and skill based on the monsters growth scale.
