VR Controls and Locomotion

VR controlls can be accessed under **Options -> VR Controls -> Advanced VR Controls**.

Choosing the right locomotion settings is important to being able to do certain tricks.

There are two main locomotion options, **classic** and **teleport**.

**Teleport** locomotion is the main locomotion used in speedruns, as it is significantly faster (and frankly easier to use). **Classic** locomotion is only used in cube jumps.

**Teleport speed** is very important. There are 5 speeds: slow, medium, fast, very fast, and instant. "Instant" seems like the obvious best teleport speed, however "very fast" is the best option. This is because with "instant", the game simply teleports you to the location of the cursor, where any teleport speed below it will take character movement into account, which allows you to jump further than you should be able to.

The other VR options are preferences, however I recommend turning off the third person fallback view if your aren't prone to motion sickness.
