I have the exact same concern, my last run took whopping 2 MONTHS to get reviewed, and after it was finally done, it turned out I don't hold the WR anymore, since it so happened that there were other runs already waiting in the queue together with mine, both of them faster.

Current moderation team should seriously consider adding someone who's willing to be more active as another run validator.

Late to reply to this, but seems that the moderation issue is resolved now, since Halamix and me were admitted as additional moderators. From what I'm aware of IceBlock had lost interest.
