I have a problem with door 2 at Bowser Castle. I used to fly thru this room very easily. But since a few days, I do not know why, often when I fly in this room Mario gets stuck on the wire rack. This is very frustating and I don't know what I do wrong. Some help please!

Snes controllers can be very funny with UP or DOWN presses being inputted accidentally. Either get a new controller, clean the controller or just be extra careful to tap LEFT to fly cleanly. On some controllers I have I know that I need to press left and slightly down to prevent the phantom up press.

If you are grabbing the fence, you must be accidentally pressing 'up' or 'down'. Maybe you need to be more careful to only press 'left' and not accidentally diagonal, or maybe your d-pad is getting more sensitive.

I can confirm. Not grabbing the cage is very hard when you have sausage fingers like me. I just have to fully focus on tapping only left.
