I just got this game and am doing a light 'speedrun' to 100% my ng+ playthrough (no timers, just trying to do efficient movement and combat and stuff) and would absolutely love to pick it up as a speedgame, especially a 100% ng+ category cuz I love going fast and collecting everything as opposed to just doing the story, mostly because that means I get to do more movement, my favorite part of this game.
Also, I'm considering 100% ng+ to be creating a save file from a level 20 fully upgraded save file, but that's probably up to the mods. You have everything possible to unlock in the base game unlocked, and just need to do everything there is to do in the game (all quests, collectables, bonus objectives, etc) and unlock those last few ng+ gated upgrades and stuff.
I get you're referring to PC but are you asking for a 100% NG+ category in general? Because that already exists. As for PC, I'm sure in due time all the categories will be set up for the PC version, the same way they are for 2018.
I only see the 100%, is there one for ng+?
