new catagory - fill citizen card (100%)
the categories' mission is to fill all the traits of a citizen (not you!)
the speedrun ends when the text on top of your screen shows the traits that you completed are 24/24 (all of them (i think, fix me if im incorrect or if an update drops) )
category name (can change): citizen%
