idky but anytime i try to open a door it takes like 2 seconds just to open, it also makes it so draws dont open so searching for keys take so much longer, anyone know how to fix it?

Pretty sure it's just server lag, everyone gets it and I don't think there's any way to fix it.

for me its RNG, it happens depending on the server but yeah its just server lag

This has been happening to me too, makes speedrunning impossible cuz you also gotta be more careful with rush cuz of closet delay aswell :/

I had this too yesterday, when the game had 125k concurrent players, pretty sure thats what makes it lag
