This can pretty easily be pushed down to i'd say a 32:xx, maybe a 31 if you figure out how to get up the stairs quicker

Also i'm not sure is this can even be considered glitchless because of the trick at 0:10 which basically abuses the stepping mechanic. So mods, feel free to move this into the glitched category if you think it's right
