Running PW

Project Warlock is a very unique FPS and RPG. The RPG aspect carries over to each episode which means running a single episode (excluding 1) is not the same as running episodes individually through Level select (ie you always start with nothing in each Quake episode).

As such, there's a few ways to run this game and running either the episodes from start until the end of an episode or from start to finish is up to you. There's a variety of RPG buffs, spells, and weapon upgrades to complete your runs. Strategies can be found in the discord in an Excelsheet.

The lovely Jayrude has provided PW runners with an excellent autoloader and autosplitter, based on exiting missions (after killing the seal) and entering missions (running into the purple teleporter). While the splitter isn't perfect and doesn't pause on Loading screens, Livesplits does an excellent job of filtering out those times. Please submit runs with Jayrude's autosplitter and autoloader from Livesplits and include your Splits.io link.

Please submit the Patch version and platform you ran PW in the description of your submission.

Your time spent in the Workshop is COUNTED, so make sure you're super quick in there.
