There should be new categories for islands where you can skip part of the island by completing a certain task then resetting the island like: Reality TV Island, Shark Tooth Island, Spy Island and Super Power Island.
I believe there should be extra categories for the sword glitch, because it really is a key player in most speed runs, so I believe it should at least have it's own category in Islands like Mythology.
I did in my WR run yes. If it is made a separate category, I'll probably do both. I did see you use it in your WR run of Mythology as well, Jason.
I'm not going to make a new category because it establishes a precedent of new categories for new glitches. The reason that Island Reset Skip runs are in a separate category is because these skips are technically illegal in normal runs. I could make a glitchless category for every level, but I think Island Complete only is fine for now.
What you could do is make a Complete Islands category which you complete the Island where olny use the items the Islands give you and also create an any% category for Islands with the sword glitch and reset skip islands where you can use anything to get to the end of the Island.
Can you give me a list of all runs that use the sword glitch? I'll make a new category specifically for skips prepared for before the run (by buying items or restarting the island).
