But I actually only get Nidoran FEMALE. I don't understand where i'm mistaken

Just realized Nidoran Male is only available on the red version while im on the blue one ahah

You also need to buffer an A input on a specific tile if you're not already doing that. This manip is also IGT-frame dependent, I think it's the same as the other manips where it has a 52/60 chance in working correctly.
