• So Shredder and Rocko are easily the best characters for speedruns, both have max turbo when using the right combo. Shredder has higher speed, Rocko has slightly better drift.
• Rocko has the advantage of a smaller hitbox which is potentially more useful for RTA runs like SGP% because it would be easier to avoid items. Also once getting hit he should be able to get a mini turbo out easier than Shredder.
• Shredder is by far the best for time trials, Rocko definitely comes close on a couple tracks but for the majority Shredder is just faster.
• The only exception to this is Glove Universe which both Shredder and Rocko struggle to do because of the end section, Tommy/Squidward/Angelica are all potentially faster due to their better steering and drift stats.

[STATS] Speed - how fast your kart moves Turbo - how long your boost lasts Steering - how well your kart can turn both when drifting and just driving normally Drift - how much your kart drifts outwards

• Turbo is probably the most important stat especially considering a lot of tracks have boost panels in this game. boost panel speed seems to be the same no matter how bad your speed stat is.
• Steering is very useful for getting mini turbos out quicker, might be useful for insane SGP% runs where it's hard to get out turbo's/avoid hitting walls
• Having high drift is beneficial on some tracks. especially when you need to get out purple/blue mini turbo's.

[KART COMBOS]

• The best 2 engine's are the TV engine and Candy store engine

• the best wheels are Slime, Ace Savvy and Glitter

• Slime exhaust is the best exhaust

• These will all give max turbo and good speed no matter what combination you use them.

• The most common combo is usually TV engine, Slime wheels and slime exhaust. This gives a good balance of steering and drift for Shredder.

• Depending on the track it might be good to switch out the wheels though. For example on Dreamland Ace Savvy wheels are optimal because slime turn too tight for the bumper boosts.

• Glitter wheels aren't used often but I've found them good when using the Candy engine on some tracks.

• In some cases it may be better to switch out this optimal combo. As discussed earlier glove universe requires you to have good steering for the S bend turn, and good drift for getting a blue mini turbo out just after it.

• The best chief is Zuko
• best crew members are Mrs puff and Leni

[Slime tokens]

• Getting slime tokens will increase your speed
• Biggest increase in speed seems to be from 4-5 but every token makes a pretty big difference even when you use the slime boost.
• Very important to get 10 coins as quickly as possible, especially in time trials.
