Download the resource file called: 'NG+ All Unlocks'. Place it in this directory: '<Steam-folder>\userdata<user-id>\471550\remote'. Example: 'C:\Program Files\Steam\userdata\90344063\471550\remote'. Make sure to create a backup of the old files if you want to continue with your old characters!
