Just wanted to share this skip with you all. In p1c7, on the balcony where the famous rain trigger is located, it is possible for max to drop down on a ledge which allows him to more quickly access the scaffolding and consequently the Kauffman boss battle. By properly lining up a grenade, praying to the RNG gods of explosion physics and some AK-47 spammage, a bench can be made to fall of the balcony. Max can consequently drop from the balcony onto that bench and proceed to land safely onto the previously mentioned ledge.

The skip saves about 10 to 12 seconds in comparison to the current route if executed optimally. Optimal execution is a big if however. Getting the bench to properly fall off the ledge is pretty inconsistent. On the other hand, it is not THAT inconsistent and getting the bench in a proper spot can to a certain extent be controlled by weapons like the AK-47. Seeing as this skip could furthermore potentially save up to 12 entire seconds, implementation could definitely be considered.

It's actually a lot more consistent since you can kinda control the bench at some point with the Kalashnikov
