Mednafen on Windows with TG16-Mini USB Controller. The strat here was to deny the enemy any factories and take out their air force while grabbing the factory in the far NorthEast with a Pelican to flank them and take their prison camp. RNG was pretty terrible in this run and I expect a lot more time could be taken off with better luck to keep more of my air force alive.
