Add kill JarJar%, goal: get all bounty hunters to access bounty hunter missions, and then complete the kill JarJar mission

In general, we aren't really looking to add categories like this to the boards.

Why can't you add joke categories sometime

We already have a few (Gonk%, Super Gonk%). We are not really looking to add more meme categories unless the community overwhelmingly wants one added.

not to mention that that would just be any% and then a Jar Jar IL run

This could make more sense if it was a speedrun to get the Crowd Pleaser achievement (which is breaking Jar Jar 20 times)
