Can someone explain what all the banned skips exactly are becauese I'm not sure if I use one of them (Co-Op Runs)

There are in the category rules of No Major Skips

If unsure what isn't allowed:

• Any form of goo pushing that allows to skip stuff

• Amadeus Skip is not allowed

• Fishook 1-cycle is not allowed

• Torch Warp or Early Torch (skipping the bucket puzzle room)

• 13F Weight Room Skip (skipping the hammer fight)

• Sewer Skip (using ducky storage to skip the whole sewer section)
