I change OS from win 10 to win 11 and today i discover the new interface but... where is split box in submission?

it's due to the layout change, not your PC. Splits.io isn't in run submissions anymore, but will likely be added back since people use it.

because in my rules I always included splits as mandatory

@ivanpaduano I believe SioN wanted to know how making splits mandatory was preventing people from cheating. I don't use splits myself, but it doesn't seem to have any features that prevent people from using it on a spliced/TASed/otherwise cheated run as far as I can tell.
