The split at the end says 1:07.14, but very careful offline frame-by-frame analysis confirms that we split a fraction of a second late; the "GAME OVER" screen (which, according to the category rules, is when the time officially ends) appears when the time reads 1:06.90. Thanks to SeireaSong for figuring out that the butterfly RNG is the same each attempt, and thus one can "figure out," memorize, and anticipate their positions at least to a certain extent--it's still a bit dicey by the end, but the first three or so butterflies are almost automatic thanks to Sei's realization, and that made a huge difference in this grind.
