I'm ending the grind (for now) with this run. I can still save about five seconds on Stage 10 and shave a little more time overall with slightly better execution, but we seem to be approaching as good as it gets with the current strats.
Learning this game and optimizing it this month has been such a blast. Most of our group broke and held WR at some point, and we lowered the WR by nearly a minute and a half from where it was.

The timing starts on the first frame that the screen flashes after you press start on the title screen. The timing stops on the first frame that the screen flashes after entering the final door. Frame counted to 10:11. (Thank you, 5upamayne!)
