If you cannot launch the game on pc, try to run the software version with compatibility mode: Windows XP (service pack 3) and desactivate the fullscreen optimization. You can also activate the native resolution (640x480). If you have a problem when you alt tab try to change the scaling in the nvidia parameter.

personally i run the game with windows 10 and good nvidia gpu.
