The Changes to the Leaderboards from 0.93 > 1.0

1. Like previous versions, v0.93 will be archived and the moderators will no longer accept any runs for that version.

2. There will be a change in categories. The current ones are:

• All Collectibles
• All Gears
• All Golden Bunnies
• All Hats
• 100%

The new categories will be:

• Any%
• 220 Gears
• All Golden Bunnies
• All Collectibles
• 100%

3. The levels will change. From:

• Granny's Hub Island
• Morio's Home
• Bombeach

• Gym Gears

To:

4. With the new version, there will be changes to the rules as found below.

4a) Changes to Game Rules:

• Changed "When submitting a run, leave Time blank and only fill in In-Game Time." to "It is only necessary to fill in the In-Game Time and Time can be left blank or filled in at the runner's discretion."
• Added "All runs must be shown being completed in one sitting with no cuts."

4b) Rules for Any%:

• Timing ends upon defeating Granny and the cutscene playing.

4c) Rules for 220 Gears:

• Timing ends upon collecting 220 Gears.
• The 30 gears from Mosk's Rocket will NOT count towards the 220 total.

4d) Changes to All Golden Bunnies Rules:

• Changed "The player must collect all Golden Bunnies." to "Timing ends upon collecting all 45 Golden Bunnies."

4e) Changes to All Collectibles Rules:

• Changed "The player must collect all collectables, except for Hats." to "Timing ends upon collecting all 250 Gears and all 45 Golden Bunnies."

4f) Changes to 100% Rules:

• Changed "The player must collect all collectables, except for Hats." to "Timing ends upon collecting all 250 Gears, all 45 Golden Bunnies, and all 50 Hats (this excludes the burger hat)."

Yes, the game has fully released, and as always, the boards will be changing with the change in versions. From now on, I'll be posting planned changes in the official YTGV discord, so go join that to make your voice heard.

Hey everyone, I'm happy to share that a new demo version released today, version 0.93. With it, the boards will be switching over to that version, and archiving all runs from v0.91. However, with this update comes a change to the rules. With the new respawn mechanics, it's easy to get trapped out of bounds. Because of this, returning to the main menu is now ALLOWED in runs. Happy running!

YTGV has officially been announced to be coming out in April! I hope everyone will play the game upon it's release as well as speedrun it.
