I'll submit a full Guide down the road. But here are the resources I've been using to learn the games route and what is/isn't important to get to the end credits.

There is a Patch that is available 1.0.0.1. This only fixes/changes dialogue in late game. This Patch is not required or needed to play the game.

THE CURRENT ROUTE

Full run from Start to the final boss. So unlike the first resource, this goes through the Final Dungeon and to the final boss. This is also for a NG+ Run, though the route is the same for both.

In this route I focused on getting 5 Garnets (ガーネット) and keeping those in my bag till later in the game when the Bag upgrade becomes available (Typically after the 5 minute cutscene of the evil wizards backstory. The scrolling banner cutscene). And selling any extra pick ups to get enough money to fill up the upgraded bag with HP Potions (HP Repair items) for the final dungeon.
