lol I'm dumb, I kept on shooting the third balloon for some reason... Obviously once it lets you swim it won't make you shoot one more balloon...

Just did a run with a couple strat changes. :)

I'm new to Splatoon, so sorry if I'm doing the movement wrong or something. Started my timing when selecting "Yeah!" to confirm the character and ended it when the screen was completely black at the end.
