An agonizing drop on Trial 15 cost me about 2 seconds, I could do it 20 times in a row in practice but I dropped it almost every run. I could probably save another 5 seconds on movement, so a little under 5:10 is probably the limit unless there are U2 animation skips I couldn't find.
