I've done 4 runs so far with this route and everything went smoothly. On the last one I did I encountered this though, It triggers at the final step of the glitch using the coin case. Now I only get this invalid opcode window when Kenya is in the third slot, so I thought it's just a bad Kenya. None of the other pokemon work though and after checking 3 times I can confirm that the boxes are correct. This is on bgb.

I'm pretty indifferent whichever way it goes. I will say though that I think there should be an attempt to contact those affected by time removal if the proposed notion goes through.

I'm not sure if my opinion matters since I seldom do a run and mostly watch, but I didn't know that this was banned and I've been around for over 3 years now. The way I see it this seems ok to allow since it doesn't break the game like the out of bounds glitch did or allow unfair load times like the USB Loader. It uses systems put in by nintendo and doesn't harm the game data at all. However, if it were found that this is just as useful in more situations (Doing a save and quit multiple times in a run) then I would suggest having a no save and quit category.
