I say they should be added.
The rules would be just the default bot battles, so whatever it starts off as. (Which would be 1:55 round/40 bomb). Level leaderboards would be best, and you could even make two categories for ILs, BOTS and COMPETITIVE!
Since this thread has already turned into a shit-show, I figure I'd follow up on my original post.
I said don't try to derail your own thread because you mentioned how I was probably embarrassed over liking a post that you dissected. This has no relevance to any of what you were saying which was perfectly fine up until that point, and seems like an attempt to start a childish argument. My post was more relevant to the question in OP due to it actually answering the question, instead of beating around the bush and being part of a "Look, I can nitpick better than you!" contest. I simply brought up the fact that he should avoid petty comments so we can avoid getting threads full of nothingness like this.
This discussion is over, the question in OP has been answered and the little argument can easily be dealt with via PMs.
Manually timing out loads is something that can be done, though not very common due to the tedium of having to time every load. Billy Hatcher does this so it can compare between GC and PC. http://www.speedrun.com/bh
run any game i run i have EXCELLENT taste in speedgames. don't listen to others, if you run a game you like or don't mind resetting in you'll never grow into a respectable human being.
i LOVE wrestling, girls who can wrestle hmu (both figuratively AND literally!!!)
MegaMan Powered Up is very linear, and it's not too hard to get a decent time in the game. There's no real resources to learn the game but just hmu and I'll help you with whatever you need. [Also game is on PSP, emulator is fine as we use ingame time to compare anyways.]
hmu with a steam key when the full game is out and i'll own i'm kind of a big deal in the speedrun community...
JumpJet Rex for 2D platformers
If you want a 3D Platformer, Madagascar is pretty epic.
For a first person puzzle/platformer, Polarity.
another good short pc game is polarity, game is easily 5~ minutes once you get the hang of it.
I might practice some tricks briefly if I'm not confident, otherwise nothing else.
