How can I use my LiveSplit timer as an OBS component?

When doing/trying to do a cuphead run, my livesplit never shows up in front of cuphead. I even have Livesplit set to show in front of everything, I also tried making cuphead a popup window in Steam but that didn't work either. What should I do?
