I know this is a well known thing, but I haven't seen a guide or forum post about it and just figured I'd make a video demonstrating it a few times for those who don't know the timing or the method. As soon as you exit inventory, let go of knife button, tap a weapon to switch to then immediately go back to knifing.

This has happened 6 times during runs today.

My PB is 57:00 for Claire A I’m beating my best segments by a long shot, but some parts of the game I just can’t seem to be consistent with. Even after hours practicing G2 he still manages to end my run about half of the time. Same with the lickers in the lab after placing the signal modulator. Gets really frustrating because it feels like no matter how much I practice, something’s just off in a real run.
