Updated the rules of “Prison Escape - Keycard” to include a rule against items and vehicles Clarified the rules of all “Prison Escape” subcategories Added rules against “Fast Baton” to “Prison Escape - Normal” Corrected the wording of “In runs that involve timer starting when leaving prison” section of the “General Rules” Rejected ALL runs that use "Auto Clickers" Added "Disclaimer: The "Volt glitch" is not considered a glitch and allowed" to the "General Rules"

We are currently in the process of moving all "Prison Escape - Normal" that use "Fast Baton" strat (no longer doable) runs to "Old Prison Escape - Normal (Fast Baton)"
