When does the timer stop for a round one run? when the player enters the fun house? when the player completes at least one round of both mini-games in the fun house?

Does the timer stop when the last two tiles have stopped rotating to their face-up position, or does it stop when they finish rotating back to their face-down position (turning into clovers at that point)? Different runs alternate between these two methods.
