Thank you for your messages. I would be happy to look into the possibility of adding these other categories in a few days’ time. However, since we already have so many categories being managed on the main page (80 maps with 5 modes each), I can say that if anything, they would only be added as general category extensions rather than a new mode for each map. As for the max paragon, that category extension already exists! Check it out here along with the other category extensions: http://www.speedrun.com/btd6ce.

Also, sorry to anyone who has submitted runs in the last few months - I’ve been real busy with IRL exams and I seem to be the only moderator active at the moment, but that’s done now so I’ll try and get fully up to date soon!

update: mm easy is not dead

Not gonna lie, I expected the 638 to be like my 13:44 and it wouldn't get touched for like years. Wow, was I wrong!

The time matches the perfect run across all rounds from 1-40. The video is 6 minutes and the run itself (measured by RTA) is 4:39.066 - note that noneleft resets and starts the run from round 1 at 1:36 due to losing time on round 10. However, we stopped using RTA and instead use an optional timing mod (visible in the top right-hand corner) which tracks the actual time passed in the run and removes the uncontrollable non-skill-based variance from graphics lag. We decided to do this since your time, and hence your position, should be based on skill over luck as much as possible. Hope this clears things up.

So far as I know, there is no way to accurately frame count runs on niconico, but I’ll have a dig around for something later today and let you know.

Hey, sorry for a late reply, I didn't get a notification about the post for some reason. The reason we don't accept other sources is either that we can't 100% guarantee the files posted in an online drive are safe, and in other cases (such as streamable links) the link has a greater tendency to die out after so much time of disuse.

Thanks for pointing that out. There are a very large amount of runs that haven't been moved because it's a very long and tedious job, so I've been doing it when I see fit generally, but I'll do this one now cos you pointed it out :)
