Ok, I found the solution, I will use EonTimer and just off 250ms to scale (so 16:85) and that's work perfectly :)

I'm new here and I want to do my first speed run on my favourite pokemon game, Pokemon Emerald !

But actually, i'm blocked on the Mudkip x) I'll try so many different solution (uses FlowTimer with FlowTimer offsets: 10132/17116/23260/36343/63444 / Eon Timer with timer as 17:10 - 17:20) All of this more than 100 times. But never had the good Naughty Mudkip :/

Maybe I do something wrong, I don't know or all of what I try wasn't the good thing to do.

By the way, I play on emulator (VBA to be exact) so, is this have an impact on the timer ?

If anyone have an idea, thanks to told me :D
