I retimed both runs with the YT Frame Timer. The first I got a 5.233, and the second I got a 6.200/5.350.

In the second run the camera does move very little to the right, almost unnoticeable before the player starts moving forward. In that case if it was retimed with the first input of the camera in the beginning the time should be a 6.200 if not it's a 5.350.

They're both retimed to 5.200?

I think both need to be retimed by mods, if not... by me.
