If we're going to outright ban the use of preorder content, then we need to lay out ground rules as to how to actually run without that content.

My suggestions are:

• Maintain and show at LEAST 5 skill points by the end of the game (i recommend just screencapping after credits)
• No use of the Spidey-Drone/Suit Powers exclusive to pre-order suits (Iron Arms, Blitz, and Rock Out)

All that sounds like a pain, but it's the only solutions I can come up with. As far as I can tell, you can't delete preorder content, because, as far as I can see, there's no distinction anywhere on PS4 to only delete the DLC content.
