He did a run for 193 UN Member States Flags but unfortunately the only categories existing for IL runs are "Pin", "Pin Hard", "Place Labels" and "Type" "Multiple Choice" is only available for mainboard runs to not flood the lL leaderboards with too many runs.

I think it isn't a bad idea, but i guess for a map to get added as a category to src it should be a playable map on Seterra so you first have to ask the guy that runs the Seterra website to get it added, maybe you can ask them on discord.
