Portugalvery nice run indeed. there wasnt really any mistakes apart from that fall after the green platform after the first checkpoint. Here's a tip: when you are mid-air, you can press down to remove most of your upwards speed. Using that, you can do very low jumps by jumping and pressing down right after. you can kinda regulate the height of the jump by delaying the down press. Good luck. Try to implement that in your runs and you'll see results. Great run overall. Good job!
if the run is in those hours, then yes. by the way, do you use windows, or apple? because if windows, just press win + G and youll open gamebox bar. that has a screen recording tool which is perfect for computer more powerful than mine
if you watch the world record any% run, you'll see a much faster strat, where you enter the level, and, without waiting, can just drop down, and with fast enough gameplay, can catch a decent elevator cycle. experiment with it if you want. it may get you a faster time here

already beat the world record first try witha 7:52, and its a pretty terrible run. i reckon sub 7 is possible. BTT goal is sub 6:30, and maybe in the future sub 6.
i tied that time but with the route i used in my 48.05. i just optimised my movement. i found a slightly slower, but significantly easier variation to your route that has the literal potential to save 2 seconds
the time is a 35:15. i just memorised the time wrong and input the wrong amount
