honda 2 does do the attack at 30 secs.... in rounds 2 and 3. Is it possible that your son got the knockout in a later round?

don't see why not. i've tried the game on a snes classic and if there's any input delay i didn't notice it.

go for it. be warned that there is input delay even on the VC however.

I think the only real gameplay difference is that clock stop glitch wont work on the Dream cart, just toss PO runs in here too I'd say!!!
