holy I would've never bothered to check in here - there are no notifications for series forums. If you've got question for specific games, please use the forums on the game's page, the mods will get a notification that way.

for the current categories in gen, reuse data is not allowed, Any% is always from a new save. But if you were to state/show you're using it, I'd create a new sub-category for you, it's basically new game+.

DLC items & cats are fine, as long as they're the legit ones provided by capcom for the region of the game, no custom 'perfect' DLC cats.

Seeing the amount of moderators for the game - I think one of the other mods has also requested the game before him (and thus that request got handled before his) & Filipe now wants to delete his pending request, as the game has already been added to the site.

As of right now - there's no way to do that by yourself. Just wait for Kirkq to get to it, the game's already on site so the request will be rejected. Happens all the time, so don't worry about it too much.

currently, there is no way to edit a submitted game or series request. usually, it isn't necessary to link a faster speedrun - however, you'll be able to add the new run(s) as soon as the leaderboard has been approved.

you can check up on https://www.speedrun.com/statistics how many games got through (74 for this week). As kirkq is the only one managing the queue at the moment, it gets clogged at times. He tries to keep the wait to 2 weeks, but it seems like there's been an incredible amount of requests as of late.

I imagine your request will be handled this weekend, seeing how your request is already in the queue for a while.

Right now, if a run has proof other than a video, there is no designated place for it to be put. some people put it into the video field (which imo is the most wrong) and some people put it into the description, both aren't that good of a solution.

here's a little mockup of what I've thought would be a neat solution that could rid us of this problem:

this would ofc need to be in conjunction w/ additional icons on the leaderboards themselves to indicate which type of evidence the runner has provided.

with this I kinda want to avoid stuff like this: https://www.speedrun.com/run/7ylgx8nm on the leaderboard, the run is shown to have "video available" - yet when clicking on the run one is greeted with a link to twitter - where one has to hope the person isn't very active on, otherwise a searchfest is ensured.

https://www.speedrun.com/requestgame request it there - you'd become the moderator of the game - in essence, you'd create the categories. although you should in theory also listen to what other people want/need (if anyone else is running it).

you'll need to wait until the moderator comes back online & verifies it. (seeing as the mod was online 1 day ago I don't see any other advice necessary)
