Made some changes to rules

changed all catogerys over to full game

split any% and any% limited (any% but without slingshot glich)

I would like a new category for insane mode.

maybe one for hard mode Aswell?

will this be updated for steam version

I want to have a place to put new strageys I have found that aren't used in WR any% no skips and I'll post them here ounce I get them on video
