I dont know of any lists with enemy counts per level. i could create a list of counts for all data posts, but i feel like those are rather mundane to activate in a speedrun.

the difficulty mode is also interesting for the marks. I remember the struggle to get the extreme marks ^^; on beginner, the marks are rather easy to get, but u would need to change the routing for the levels compared to any%. so that could be a fun challenge i think.

There are no rules in the 100% category. So I was wondering, what would the requirements be? I think getting all of the Target Marks (letter coins) is a must have and easy to check in the Mission result screen. But what about the Kills? Akrid kill counts are hard to compare because various akrid spawners make the number differ. Is there any other relevant requirement? Like getting all Data Posts?
