is mclauncher allowed so you can switch minecraft versions back to when pearls were easier to get from piglins?

So since im lazy and i use the curseforge app, I am using jumploader to load the jelly squid mods (sodium lithium phosphor) which are fabric, onto forge. So basically jumploader allows fabric mods on forge. Link:https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/jumploader
