I'm aware there is one bug associated with the interaction between the origin artifact and unstable stopwatch, but this one is a bit different.
As you can tell from the video, I used the unstable stopwatch before quitting the game. While at the menu, you can hear the distinct 'tick-tick-tick' sound as I start a new game. When the new game starts and the map loads, time is still stopped and imps begin to spawn. Normally, with the origin artifact enabled, imps do not spawn at the start.
I don't think this would be very useful in any run, but it's certainly noteworthy.
