TL:DR Normal is a LOT different to Easy, a lot harder, and the trick where you outprioritise AIs to UFOs? Yeah well now they outprioritise YOU! Top it all off with the fact that they no longer have CPU floating over their heads (which actually makes locating them a pain, forcing you to stare at the minimap all the way through), Normal is a much more difficult run. I'm gonna avoid it in future, but Hard might present an interesting mega-difficulty level. I intend to try it and find out!
