This is the order all the characters unlock in and their unlock conditions .ect

Kunimitsu - Complete Arcade Mode Once 
Bruce Irvin - Complete Arcade Mode 2 Times 
Jack-2 - Complete Arcade Mode 3 Times 
Lee Chaolan - Complete Arcade Mode 4 Times 
Wang Jiren - Complete Arcade Mode 5 Times 
Roger / Alex - Complete Arcade Mode 6 Times 
Kazuya Mishima - Complete Arcade Mode 7 Times 
Kuma / Panda - Complete Arcade Mode 8 Times 
Ogre (Ancient) - Complete Arcade Mode 9 Times 
Ogre (True) - Complete Arcade Mode 10 Times 
P.Jack - Complete Arcade Mode 11 Times 
Mokujin/Tetsujin - Complete Arcade Mode 12 Times 
Devil / Angel - Complete Arcade Mode 13 Times 
Unknown - Complete Arcade Mode 14 Times 

Palette Swaps .ect:
Alex - Press X or O on Roger to select Alex
Alternate Armor King Costume - Beat arcade mode with AK then press start for his alternate costume
Angel - Press Start on Devil 
Golden Tetsujin - Win 10 consecutive matches in Versus Mode (Palette swap for tetsujin) 
Panda - Press X or O on Kuma
Tiger - Press Start on Eddie 

I know this guide can be found around online but I thought it would help to post it here for convenience or incase anyone has a specific character strats .ect (I also corrected the unlock condition for Kuma and panda as where it's all listed online as 7 total wins not 8 wins)
