This game requires a broken strat in order to beat the enemy who can heal themselves at any time with no risk.

So... I was able to break this game by figuring out if you knock the enemy into the corner, kings standing hard kick seems to leap off the ground, meaning if the timing is well it can be a meaty attack and cannot be thrown. It's not 100% safe in all situations but works very well for the speedrun.
