After 2 months (May 16) of Infinite Jump being found by @videogamedunkey, someone by the name of @Le_g3nd found a consistent setup (July 27) where you jump from the capsule being froze, instead of doing the old setup which requires a frameperfect input.

This setup is simple: Jump in, jump out, jump back in and jump back out. If you did that correctly, the capsule will move and you will get the glitch.
