As there are minor differences between PAL and NTSC-U often times resulting in different movement optimisations, I wanted to share these playlists as a resource for people who would like to specifically get into running PAL (even if PAL is overall slower in a direct comparison).

I also wouldn't mind replacing this resource with a Community SoB one day if more people decide to run PAL and would like to contribute to it.
